⌂ Main headline
The big text guests see first when they arrive.

◴ Facilities page
The wording at the top of your Facilities page. To change the photos on this page, use Photos & Videos.
✎ Page wording
All the wording on each page, section by section: headings, paragraphs, labels, buttons, list items and their icons, the scrolling ticker and more. Rooms, news, cards, restaurants and the other sections with their own place in the portal are edited there. Each box shows the wording on the website now; change it and press Publish. Empty a box to take that wording off the website, and press Put back to return to the page's own wording. Anything you change also turns up under GE, FR & RU for its translations.
⛵ Activities page
The wording at the top of your Activities page. To change the photos on this page, use Photos & Videos.
♪ Entertainment page
The wording at the top of your Entertainment page. To change the photos on this page, use Photos & Videos.
☕ Dining & Outlets page
The wording at the top of your Dining / Outlets page. To change the photos on this page, use Photos & Videos.
✎ News & offers
These appear on your News page. Newest posts show first.
Photos & videos
Every photo and video on your website can be replaced here. The slots are grouped by page — click a page to expand it, then upload a wide landscape photo (at least 1200px) or a short looping video (MP4/WebM) for any slot. Uploads are saved to your website's media folder. Leave a slot empty to keep the built-in illustration. Replacing a room updates both its card on the Rooms page and that room's own page. Any new sections you add elsewhere (extra restaurants, facilities, activities or gallery photos) appear here automatically, under their page, in a “Sections you added” list.
⌂ Homepage: “Built for every kind of traveller” cards
The four cards under “What sets us apart” on your homepage (Family Friendly, Amazing Beach, 6 Swimming Pools, Aqua Park). Edit a card’s title, description, icon and photos, or add a new one. A card with two or more photos plays them as a slideshow.
✎ About page: “Built around what matters” cards
The four cards under “Why guests choose us” on your About page (Family Friendly, Lush Gardens, Diving Centre, Grand Amphitheatre). Edit a card’s title, description, icon and photos, or add a new one. The section heading itself is under Page wording.
◴ Facility sections
The large blocks on your Facilities page (Aqua Park, Beach, Spa). Edit the wording, the feature list, the tag and the photo — or add a brand-new section. New sections show a “Photo coming soon” placeholder until you add a photo.
▦ “Other facilities” cards
The small cards lower down the Facilities page (Doctor, Business Centre, …). Edit any card, or add a new one with its own photo.
◴ Activity sections
The large split-sections on your Activities page (Private Beach, Pool Complex, Aqua Park). Edit the wording, the feature list, the corner tag and the photo — or add a brand-new section. New sections show a “Photo coming soon” placeholder until you add a photo.
⛵ Activity cards
The cards in the “Recharge on your own terms” section of your Activities page (Spa, Fitness, Kids’ Club…). Edit any card, or add a new one with its own photo.
☕ Restaurants
The large restaurant sections on your Dining page (The Bouquet, Don Vito, Beach Restaurant). Edit the wording, feature list, tag and photo — or add a new restaurant. New ones show a “Photo coming soon” placeholder until you add a photo.
▦ Bars & cafés
The smaller cards in the “Bars & Cafés” section of your Dining page. Edit any card, or add a new one with its own photo.
◴ Entertainment sections
The large split-sections on your Entertainment page (Live shows, Daytime programme). Edit the wording, the feature list (each row a heading and small line), the corner tag and the photo — or add a brand-new section. New sections show a “Photo coming soon” placeholder until you add a photo.
✎ Kids' Club cards
The cards in the “Little guests, big adventures” section of your Entertainment page. Edit a card’s title, description, icon and photo — or add a new one. New cards show a “Photo coming soon” placeholder until you add a photo.
▦ Activities timetable
The “Your week, day by day” grid on your Activities page. Tap a day to edit what’s on (e.g. Morning → “Beach yoga · 08:00”). The seven days are fixed — you edit them, rather than adding or removing days. A label of “Evening” or “Night” is highlighted on the website.
▦ Filter categories
The filter pills above your Gallery (Beach, Pools, …). Add a new one — e.g. “Facilities” — then tag photos to it below. “All” is always shown automatically and isn’t listed here.
▦ Photos
Every photo on your Gallery page. Edit a photo’s caption, change which category it’s filed under, or replace its picture — and add brand-new photos. A photo with no picture shows a “Photo coming soon” placeholder.
Agents area · photo library
Photos travel agents can view, filter and download after signing in on the Agents Area page ↗. It works like your Gallery: add filter categories, then photos filed under them. Agents always download the full-size photo.

▦ Website gallery
▦ Filter categories
The filter pills above the agents' photo library. They start as a copy of your Gallery categories, so agent photos and website photos share the same filters. “All” is always shown automatically.
▦ Agent-only photos
Photos only agents see, for example restaurant interiors, room details or brochure images. Each entry can hold up to 30 photos under one caption.
Agents area · documents
Fact sheets, brochures, price lists and menus for travel agents. Upload a PDF or Word document; agents see it as a card they can open (PDF) and download. Documents are private: only signed-in agents can reach them.
The agents area couldn't be loaded, so it can't be edited right now. Sign out, sign in again and retry.
▤ Documents
Shown to agents in this order. Use the arrows to reorder.
Agents area · access requests
When a travel agent fills in “Request access” on the Agents Area page, the website emails their details to the address set in Email settings. Reply to that email to answer the agent directly. Every request is also listed below.

✉ Where requests are sent
The address requests go to, and the mail server that sends them, are set in Email settings, together with the website's other forms.
☰ Recent requests
The last 50 requests, newest first, including any the website couldn't email, so none are lost.
Newsletter sign-ups
Everyone who signs up with the newsletter form on the homepage is saved here, newest first, and the visitor is thanked only once their address is saved. Download the list as a spreadsheet (CSV) to import into your mailing tool. When Email settings are set up, each new sign-up is also emailed to you.
✉ Subscribers 0
Remove an address when someone asks to unsubscribe. It is removed from this list for good.
Email settings
The website sends each form (Contact page, newsletter sign-up, agent access requests) as an email to the address you choose below, through your own mail account. Enter that account's outgoing mail (SMTP) details, which your email provider or IT support can give you, and press Send test email to check them.
Email settings are available on the live website only.

➜ Where each form is sent

✔ Send a test email
Sends a test using the details above, even before you save them.
Backups on the server
Each backup is a full copy of the live website, kept on the server in the backups folder: all the wording, rooms, news, sections, translations and SEO settings, the agents area, and every photo, video and document they use. Photos, videos and documents the website stops using are never deleted: they move to a holding folder, so a restore can always bring them back.
⤓ Back up now
Saves the live website as it is right now. Changes you haven't published yet aren't included, so publish first if you want them in the backup.
⤒ Restore from a backup
Choose a backup to see what it holds and whether all its photos can be put back, then restore it. The portal loads it as a draft, and the website changes when you press Publish. The website as it is just before a restore is backed up automatically, so a restore can be undone.
Restore from a file on your computer instead
A backup file downloaded from this list, or one saved by the portal before backups were kept on the server. Its photos are put back only if the server still has them.
⟲ Reset everything
Puts the portal back to the website's original wording and empties every photo and video slot. The website only changes when you press Publish, and publishing the reset deletes all your photos and videos from the website. A backup is made automatically before the reset is published, so it can be undone with Restore.
German, French & Russian wording
Your website can be shown in English, German, French or Russian. Every piece of text on the whole site is listed here, grouped by page and then by the section it belongs to — a restaurant, an activity, a room, a bar — with its title, small label, corner tag, description and every line of its feature list. Fill in the German, French and Russian so visitors who pick those languages see the site fully translated, not half-English. Leave a box blank and that item simply stays in English for that language, keeping its original design. Page groups start collapsed — click a page heading to expand it. Searching for a section by name shows that whole section, so you can translate all of it in one go. When you edit or add content elsewhere in the portal, it appears here automatically.
◍ Languages shown on the website
Tick the languages you want visitors to be able to choose. Un-tick one to remove it from the language switcher across the whole site — useful while a translation is still being finished. English is always available.
Six pools. *All year round.*, are the heading's green highlighted words. Put stars around the matching words in your translation to highlight them there too; without stars the highlight goes on the matching part by itself.? How this works
A quick guide for getting comfortable.
- Pick a section on the left — Contact, Homepage, Rooms, News or Images.
- Make your change by typing in a box or uploading a photo. Your changes save automatically as a draft.
- Press "Publish changes" at the top right to make them appear on the live website.
- Press "Preview site" any time to open your website and check how it looks.
- Back up regularly from Backup & Restore, and before any big round of changes.
⌕ Search engine listing (SEO)
This is what Google shows for each page — the blue clickable title and the grey description underneath. It updates automatically from your content every time you press Publish changes: edit a room, a price or your contact details and the search listing follows. You don't have to do anything here. But if you want to word a page's title or description differently for Google, type your own version below — leave a box empty to use the automatic one.
✓ Search engines
Checking…Every time you press Publish changes, the website rewrites what search engines read: each page's title, description and address, the sitemap (the list of pages to show) and robots.txt. Use the button below to do it now without publishing.
- Open Google Search Console and add the website address above as a URL prefix property.
- Choose HTML tag, copy it into Google Search Console code above, then press Publish changes, then Verify in Search Console.
- In Search Console go to Sitemaps, enter
sitemap.xmland press Submit. - Use URL inspection on the homepage and press Request indexing.
↻ Page-by-page preview
Tip: keep titles under ~60 characters and descriptions around 150–160, so Google doesn't cut them off. The counters turn amber if a box gets too long.
